Bow Valley College is known for providing students with free access to books and internet. Tuition fees are between $6,000 and $11,234.

Domestic applicants are required to a non-refundable application of $65, while international applicants pay $130. Other requirements include, transcripts from each and every post-secondary institution you have attended, including those you are currently attending, even if you have not completed a program with them.

3. Camosun College

Known as one of the most affordable colleges in Canada, International students pay an average of $7,000 annually for graduate and post-graduate courses. Camosun College offers over 160 certificate, diploma, bachelor’s degree, post-degree and continuing education programs in areas such as arts and science, health and human services, business, trades, technology, Indigenous education, and sport and exercise education. 

Getting into Camosun can be quite competitive as it reserves only about 1,000 slots for International students.

4. Brandon University

Brandon University is popular for establishing positive relationships with international students thus attracting hundreds of international students each year. Students pay about $7,203 to study at the university. Brandon University is probably the most affordable university in Canada for international students.

6. University of Guelph

Another university regarded as one of the most affordable universities in Canada for international students is the University of Guelph. Some of the benefits that come with learning in the university include assistance with visa applications, housing, and an advisor. Students pay a tuition fee of about $9,730 per year.

7. Canadian Mennonite University

Based in Winnipeg, The Canadian Mennonite University was founded in 2000 and prides itself in being a ‘Comprehensive university programming offering accredited 3- and 4-year Bachelor and Graduate degrees. The tuition fee is around $10,003 per year.

8. Fanshawe College

The institution also reserves a lot of slots for international students. It is not only among the cheap colleges in Canada but also among the largest colleges in the country. It even has campuses located in other countries, including England. About 1,000 international students from over 60 countries study at Fanshawe College yearly. 

Tuition fees range between $13,623 and $14,223 for international students.

9. Georgian College

The tuition fees range from $13,845 to $32,431, depending on the course. Georgian College have different campuses in Barrie, Midland, Muskoka, Orangeville, Orillia, Owen Sound, and South Georgian Bay.
